    Step 1
    In the morning, eat 1 to 2 bananas. You need to consume this part of
    the morning banana diet with room temperature water. This is how you
    will start every day to lose the weight and fast.

    Step 2
    You can eat whatever you want for lunch. There are no restrictions to
    your lunch fare when it comes to this diet. So, eat your every day
    lunch to lose weight.

    Step 3
    At 3pm, you can have an optional snack if you are hungry. For
    your snack, it is best to eat one banana and a room temperature glass
    of water to lose weight.

    Step 4
    For dinner, the sky is the limit. The morning banana diet is nothing if
    but easy to follow. This meal needs to be consumed by 8pm at the latest.

    Finally
    Eat no desert or any snacks after you have your dinner to lose weight.
